At level 1 customer support, 80% of your calls are answered within 30 seconds. Normal resolution times within 24 hours with 90% resolution of all support cases.

Level 2 will have the same response times or better. These calls are managed by technical help representatives with advanced technical qualifications for customer resolution. Cases referred from Level 1 technical support are normally resolved within 4 hours. Slightly lower or higher resolution times can depend on the industry.
