Q.   How do I find out what you can do for my company and what will it cost?

Q.   What kind of services do you offer?
A.
    FarmOutUSA can handle your customer service and technical support calls, take sales orders, handle returns, answer warranty questions and much more. Here is a list of some of the 
call center services we would like to perform for your business. We offer specialty outsource services including Virtual Office Admin Support, Graphic and Web Site Design, Engineering, Returns / Logistics / Processing and Human Resource Pre-employment interview services to name a few.

Q.  Can anybody be a call agent for FarmOutUSA?
A.
  Unfortunately no. Hiring and training the right people is key to great customer service. With the endorsement of the government, we have established the leading call center training facilitiy in the Philippines. Upon completion of training and testing, FarmOutUSA picks only the top students as call agents and helps place the others into other positions or other call centers.

Q.  Do you only focus on large projects?
A.  We like all types of projects. Our niche is providing flexible
call center services that allow organizations to expand their sales and/or customer service efforts. Our goal is to create a reliable, effective and low cost customer service component that is overall more beneficial than if the customer managed client call traffic themselves.

Q.   Once we agree to your services, how can we tell what is going on with our customer calls?
A.    We will provide you with a monthly call summary. Additionally, we can provide an online client reporting engine that allows you to see how many calls came in and what the results of the calls were.

Q.   Where are your call agent offices located?
A.    Main call agent operations are located in Makati City in the Philippines. Alternate expansion sites based on project size include Dagupan, Pangasinan, Subic or Clark, Manilla, Baguio, Bacolod, Cebu, Davao, Naga, and Legaspi City. We chose Philippine based operations because of the highly educated but underutilized skilled labor pool. With a large focus on United States, United Kingdom, Australian and Canadian business, we have found the neutral English
accent is easily understandable as compared to outsource call centers based in other countries.

A.    Our access to a large pool of skilled and educated agents allows us to provide excellent service to almost any industry. We have worked with large retailers, the automotive industry, telecommunications companies, insurance companies, high-tech industry, and many service businesses as well.
